The recycling and plastics industry is a multi-purpose industry, which provides members with productive work. Most of the members who work in this industry choose it because of the ability to work in a sitting position, under comfortable physical conditions, and because of the routine nature of the work, which gives them peace of mind, calm and security.
The work carried out in this industry is varied: preparation of plastic packaging for ISCAR blades, sorting and packaging of screws for the Trellidor factory, sorting and packaging of organic eggs for the Kishorit chicken farm, and handmade production of unique newsprint bags sold as packaging to stores all over the country. Each bag is affixed with a label that conveys the socio-ecological message inherent in it, which combines recycling, sustainability and employment.
