The Kishorit maintenance branch is responsible for installing and maintaining all the essential systems and infrastructure on Kishorit: electricity, water and plumbing, heating and cooling, communication systems, construction and maintenance of public, industrial, and residential buildings, security, sanitation, transportation, and more.
The industry employs skilled workers in various fields (electricians, computer experts, drivers, housemothers, guards, and many others), who are also skilled professionals in their various fields. All are required to have well-developed interpersonal skills.
The Kishorit maintenance branch is attentive to the members’ needs and requests through a call center. Members’ requests range from a lost key to difficulty operating the TV remote, from dirty laundry that needs to be taken to the laundromat to moving apartments, from choosing a suitable attire to replacing an electric kettle. The Maintenance team supports all sectors, including agricultural and operational needs. In short: the maintenance branch is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the village and goes about its work in the most caring, compassionate, attentive, and professional manner. There are Kishorit members who are part of the team, and they work in tandem with the various professionals; in this way, the principle of mutual aid is maintained.
