Our vegetable garden, which covers an area of ? dunam, including open areas and greenhouses, grows a large variety of seasonable vegetables. The vegetable garden is cultivated by a dedicated team of members and professional instructors, and is largely based on agriculture free of fertilizers, chemicals, and pesticides. We use biological pesticides in the organic plots, and even avoid spraying with most of the organic pesticides that are allowed to be used. Most of the crops in the village are not sprayed at all, they are harvested completely clean, and serve as the healthiest food for Kishorit members as well as our customers, who order fresh produce every week.
