At the end of the summer of 2007, we planted vineyards on the lands of Kibbutz Kishor, in order to produce boutique wines that would be sold on the market. About three years later, in the summer of 2010, we harvested for the first time and inaugurated the winery. In the first year, we produced 9,000 bottles of wine, and we expect that when the vines reach maturity, we will reach production of 100,000 bottles of wine per year.
